What types of pets do you care for?
Our pet-sitting services go beyond just cats and dogs. We cater to a wide variety of pets, including birds, reptiles, fish, rabbits, chickens, and more!
What services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive dog walking and pet sitting services such as drop-ins and almost overnights. Duties include feeding, administering medication as required, potty breaks, cleaning pets environments such as litter boxes, poop pick up, etc., and quality companionship. Following each visit, you'll receive a personalized report card containing updates on your pet(s), along with photos and videos.
​Do you offer additional services such as plant watering or mail collection?
Yes! Please note on your pet portal which duties we need to tend to during the visit. We also bring in the garbage can, vacuum and sweep around the litter box as needed, and bring in packages. This is at no extra cost, but included in the time of the visit.
What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% upfront non-refundable payment is required to secure your booking. This payment is due at the time of the booking for confirmation.

The remaining 50% of the total service fee will be due on the first day of pet-sitting services.
Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start of pet-sitting services, a 50% credit will be issued.

Cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled start date are non-refundable.

We do a meet and greet prior to service to meet face to face, go over questions, and become familiar with the pet's environment and routine. Since we only charge for our time, not amount of pets or medication administration, if necessary. Our meet-and-greet visit is the same as our 30-minute visit at $30.
Is your pet sitter's background checked?
Yes! All of our pet professionals go through an extensive federal background check process.
How far in advance should I book your services?
To ensure availability, we strongly encourage booking in advance. Please inquire as soon as possible to secure your desired dates.
Do you have extra charges?
We only charge for our time for visits, not the number of pets or medication administration. The greater number of pets may require more time and attention.
Please note that a holiday fee of $5.00 for each visit may apply on select holidays.
There is a $10.00 fee for last-minute requests made within 24 hours.
A $15.00 travel fee may apply if more than 10 miles from 78248.
What if there's an emergency?
We contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any concerns. If you are unreachable, we reach out to your emergency contact listed. We will then contact the veterinarian listed on your pet's profile. We also have relationships with local veterinarians and other local businesses to ensure your pet’s safety, health, and happiness.
